We deliver a MES II production management & execution system that lets factories “see everything, measure accurately, and stay in control”. Built on our proprietary TSingley MES II Industrial IoT three-loop control modelAPS intelligent scheduling for planning, collaborative manufacturing execution for operations, and comprehensive equipment health for monitoring — the three loops work in tandem with seamless, break-free connectivity, dynamically balancing people, machines, materials, methods and environment. For equipment manufacturers and system integrators, we build intelligent equipment solutions that are “process-aware, self-diagnosing and IoT-connected”. IoT connectivity — one-stop conversion across 10+ industrial protocols, from Modbus to Mitsubishi CNC, seamlessly linking equipment with MES, ERP and the cloud.
