Is ONLINE cloud SaaS or on-premises?
Both. Deploy privately inside your intranet so data never leaves the enterprise, or in the cloud. The LLM runs fully on-premises, so industrial data is never exposed externally.
How does ONLINE relate to MES-LINE at the line?
MES-LINE handles real-time acquisition and control at the line (execution loop); ONLINE aggregates and analyzes data at the management level (monitoring + planning loops). The two tiers work together: spec standards are pushed down from ONLINE and inspection data streams back in real time.
What hardware does the on-premises LLM need?
Open-source private models (Qwen-class, 7B–14B) run on an in-house GPU or high-performance server. TSingley helps size the hardware to your data volume and provides deployment and tuning support.
